The whole machine cabinet server adopts a modular design, redefining the traditional data center high backup by dividing the network cabinet into six parts: cabinet subsystem, network subsystem, power supply system, server node subsystem, centralized fan cooling subsystem, and centralized management subsystem. With its outstanding performance and density advantages, it is rapidly replacing traditional servers and becoming the main equipment in data centers.

As shown in Figure 1, within the same space, the computing density of the entire server cabinet is higher, resulting in higher working heat for the entire network cabinet. Therefore, ensuring efficient heat dissipation of the entire network cabinet is particularly important. In addition, according to statistics, the electricity consumption for cooling in data centers is approaching half of the total electricity consumption. So it is urgent to reduce the energy consumption required for cooling the entire server cabinet. To achieve energy efficiency in the cooling system, on the one hand, a new type of air conditioner can be chosen. For example, the refrigeration unit can be placed closer to the server cabinet, allowing hot and cold air to circulate directly between the cabinet and the air conditioner in the shortest path possible. Compared to room level refrigeration, it can handle higher heat load densities; On the other hand, starting from the design of airflow organization, the cooling capacity can be reasonably distributed according to IT load to reduce the power consumption of fans and refrigerators.

The internal structure of the complete cabinet is complex and requires appropriate heat dissipation and cooling methods to reduce component temperature and accelerate heat dissipation speed.
